Review gating means asking customers first whether they are happy and sending only the happy ones to Google. Google’s policies prohibit selectively soliciting positive reviews. That is why our review page sends every customer to the same review form.
No. Discounts, vouchers, gifts or prize draws in exchange for reviews break Google’s policies. In the US, the FTC’s rule on consumer reviews and, in the UK, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act also prohibit fake reviews. Simply ask politely for an honest opinion. This is not legal advice.
Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile, open your profile in Google Search or Maps and choose “Ask for reviews” to copy the link.
Yes, it is included in Profile Care ($39 per month, cancel monthly). If you order Profile Care, you do not need the Review Helper separately.
