Can I order the Office Assistant online?
Yes. Review your order and continue to secure Stripe checkout. Office Assistant costs $449 setup + $169 per month (billed in USD), with a 3-month minimum term. Lite remains inquiry-only.

Our services and shop are for businesses only, not consumers.
What does it cost?
Office Assistant costs $449 setup and $169 per month, billed in US dollars, with a three-month minimum term. Lite costs €99 setup and €49 per month (billed in EUR) with no minimum term. No VAT is charged (German small-business rule, § 19 UStG).
Does it send messages on its own?
Individual approval is the default. Automatic sending requires an explicitly confirmed standing approval.
Is phone answering included?
No. Phone answering is not included in the Office Assistant order. A separate bring-your-own-number setup may be reviewed on request, subject to compatibility and a written agreement. Provider number, minutes and AI usage costs are not included.
Is this accounting or tax advice?
No. Exports require account mapping and a test import; no tax advice or GoBD certification is promised.
What is the free audit?
A short written review of your website and Google Business Profile with practical improvements, by email. It is free and does not commit you to a purchase.
How do digital downloads work?
After successful payment, files are available on the confirmation page and through an email link. Download access lasts 12 months; save your files for ongoing internal business use.
Which terms apply?
The English terms are provided for convenience. The German terms are legally binding; individual written agreements take precedence.
