Can you get negative reviews removed?
Only Google can remove reviews, and it does so only when they break its policies. We check whether a violation is clear and report only then. We cannot promise removal.
What counts as a policy violation?
For example phone numbers or addresses in the review, advertising and links, insults and hate speech, reviews by competitors or former employees (conflict of interest) and reviews not based on a genuine experience. Unpleasant but fair criticism is not a violation.
What if the person was never a customer?
Google requires reviews to be based on a genuine experience. Check your job records, calls and emails first – even an enquiry without a job is an experience. If you really find no contact, we help you give a factual reason in the report.
Should I reply to a negative review?
Usually yes – calmly and politely. Google recommends replying to reviews; a good reply is read later by other potential customers too.
What does the Review Check cost?
$49 one-time for up to 5 reviews, billed in USD. No success fee, no VAT or sales tax charged.
Is this legal advice?
No. We assess reviews against Google’s public policies. Whether a review is unlawful is for a lawyer to judge.
