To publish, yes: you invite our Google account as a manager, not as owner. You keep full control and can remove access at any time. Without access we send you the finished texts.
No. We do not write, buy or filter reviews – Google’s policies prohibit that. We help you ask every customer for an honest review and draft your replies.
No. You get every draft by email, and it is published only after your OK.
Profile Care looks after your Google profile. Search Care ($149 per month) works on your website with articles, structured data and a report from Search Console and Bing, and includes 2–4 Google posts a month. Review reply drafts and the Review Helper are not part of Search Care.
We cannot promise that. A maintained profile with current, consistent details makes it easier for customers to find and call you. What Google shows to whom is Google’s decision.
