2. Data you send us
We process personal data you give us with a request (for example name, email address, business name, location) only to handle your request and to provide our services. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract / pre-contractual steps).
3. Hosting and payments
This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA); Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. When pages are delivered and forms are used, technically necessary connection and request data are processed, such as IP address, time and the page requested. Payments are handled by Stripe; you enter payment details in Stripe’s checkout.
4. Website statistics without cookies
We use our own, self-hosted statistics without cookies and without third-party services. Nothing is stored on or read from your device. We record, for example, the page visited, the referring domain, device type, browser family, country (derived by Cloudflare from the IP address), time on page, scroll depth and clicks on contact and order buttons. Your IP address is not stored: our server creates a shortened hash from IP address, user agent and a random value that changes daily; the daily value is deleted at the end of the day. Individual events are deleted after 90 days. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, we record nothing. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring reach and fixing errors). You can object at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).
5. Free audit, callback and contact forms
If you write to us via a form, we process your details to answer your request: name, business name, phone number, email address, your message and a source tag showing which page the request came from. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and, where we ask for consent in the form, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR; you can withdraw consent at any time, e.g. by email to [email protected]. The data are transferred via Cloudflare to our own server and stored in our order system (Pakun OS with the automation software n8n). We are notified of new requests by email, sent via Resend. We keep requests as long as needed to handle them, for follow-up questions and any resulting order, and beyond that only where statutory retention periods require it.
6. AI chat assistant
You can chat with an AI assistant on our pages. It is software (a language model), not a person; its answers may contain errors and it gives no legal advice. The chat only loads when you click the button. Answers are generated by the language model DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, which we use via the cloud service “Ollama Cloud” of Ollama Inc. (USA). Your message, the conversation so far and our instructions are sent to Ollama via Cloudflare and our server in Germany – without your IP address and without the details from the callback form. There is no data processing agreement with Ollama; according to our check on 15 October 2026, Ollama is not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and no standard contractual clauses are in place. Protection equivalent to EU law, for example against access by US authorities, is therefore not guaranteed. A valid Chapter V GDPR basis must be assessed separately for international transfers; voluntary use alone does not establish that basis. If Ollama Cloud is unavailable, a language model on our own server in Germany answers instead. The chat stores a random conversation ID and the conversation in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab; no cookies. Conversations are deleted after 90 days. Please do not enter sensitive data in the chat.
7. Shop (digital products)
If you buy a work aid in our shop (pakunai.de/en/shop/), we process your details (company name, email address, confirmation that you are buying as a business) as well as the billing address you enter at Stripe, the payment status and the product purchased, in order to perform the purchase contract, provide the files and issue the invoice. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR; for keeping invoices and accounting records, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with the retention obligations under commercial and tax law.
Payment and invoicing are handled by Stripe (see section 3). When you open a download link, our server asks Stripe whether the payment has been confirmed; this processes your order ID and the technically necessary connection data. We send the email with the download link via our email service provider (see section 8). We do not analyse how often or when you download files. The download link is valid for 12 months; we keep your order data for as long as statutory retention obligations apply. The German version (section 3.l of the Datenschutzerklärung) is legally binding.
8. Email
We use Resend for sending emails and related delivery events; our mailboxes are run by Zoho. If you do not want to hear from us again, reply or write to [email protected]; we will respect this as a contact block.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please send requests to [email protected].
10. Cookies
Our statistics set no cookies and store nothing on your device. The AI chat uses your browser’s session storage only after you open it. If you switch to Stripe checkout, Stripe may use its own storage technologies. A setting you choose (for example paused animations) is stored in your browser only at your request.

AI employee and website chat: service providers
Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) processes chat identifiers, messages, voice messages and files for the AI employee. Website visitors do not need Telegram. Ollama Cloud (Ollama Inc., USA) processes messages, conversation history and task content for AI responses. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries and contracts, and Article 6(1)(f) for operational security. Transfers to the UAE and USA require a separately verified Chapter V GDPR basis; use of the chat alone does not replace it. Equivalent EU protection is not guaranteed. We do not claim agreed standard contractual clauses. A switch to a European or local solution is planned. Please do not submit sensitive data.
