Compare plans
Lite focuses on documents and a website chat; Office Assistant adds managed website changes and Google drafts, not a website chat. A switch does not automatically retain the chat: confirm scope in writing. Lite: €99 + €49 = €148 for the first month. Office Assistant: $449 + 3 × $169 = $956 minimum.

Pricing questions.
Which currency do I pay in?
The Office Assistant is billed in US dollars through Stripe ($449 setup, $169 per month). Lite and optional services such as a new website are billed in EUR. If your card is in another currency, your bank or card provider sets the exchange rate and any fees.
Is VAT or sales tax added?
We do not charge VAT: Pakun AI is a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). Please check any local tax rules for your business with your accountant.
How long is the contract?
Office Assistant: minimum term 3 months, then month to month. Lite: no minimum term, cancel monthly. You can cancel in writing; an email is enough.
Is phone answering included?
Phone answering is not included in the Office Assistant order. A separate bring-your-own-number setup may be reviewed on request, subject to compatibility and a written agreement. Provider number, minutes and AI usage costs are not included.
Can I order online?
Yes. Review your Office Assistant order and continue to secure Stripe checkout. Lite and optional services remain inquiry-only.
Pakun AI
Services that grow with your business.
Phone
International phone answering with your own number (bring your own number), for example from Telnyx, subject to compatibility checks and setup. You pay your provider for the number and minutes, and AI usage through your own API key; international provider costs are not included in the plan.
Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping assistant: invoice register, payment status, reminders and overdue notices, receipt photos with OCR and confirmation, EUR/USD/GBP. CSV and assisted DATEV/Xero/QuickBooks exports of confirmed expenses after account mapping and a test import. No tax advice or promised GoBD certification.
Google posts and review replies after your OK or automatically with a configured standing approval. Manager access and approved API/OAuth setup are required; without API access our team handles publishing.
Approval
Send after “send” or under explicitly confirmed automatic approval, for example for payment reminders. Individual approval is the default.
Messaging
WhatsApp through the official Meta API, alongside Telegram. Setup uses your customer account, number and verified webhook; messages within the 24-hour service window, no paid templates without a separate order.
Money back
30-day money-back promise on the AI assistant’s first monthly fee if you are not satisfied: email [email protected] within 30 days of service start. Setup and third-party charges are excluded. No ranking or sales guarantees.
