Can several people use it?
We can configure additional private Telegram access on request. All connected users currently have owner-level access; separate staff permissions and group chats are not supported.
Can I use my own quote template?
Your company details appear in our standard PDF layout. Custom logos, letterheads and freely designed templates are not standard features; we review requested adaptations before agreeing the scope.
Does it forward emergencies overnight?
Automatic AI-triggered overnight forwarding is not guaranteed. We can review fixed forwarding separately, depending on your phone provider and setup.
What does the AI Office Assistant cost?
$449 setup and $169 per month, billed in US dollars via Stripe. Minimum term 3 months, then month to month. No VAT is charged (German small business rule, § 19 UStG).
Do I need WhatsApp?
WhatsApp through the official Meta API, alongside Telegram. Setup uses your customer account, number and verified webhook; messages within the 24-hour service window, no paid templates without a separate order.
Does it answer my business phone?
Phone answering is not included in the Office Assistant order. A separate bring-your-own-number setup may be reviewed on request, subject to compatibility and a written agreement. Provider number, minutes and AI usage costs are not included.
Is this accounting software?
Bookkeeping assistant: invoice register, payment status, reminders and overdue notices, receipt photos with OCR and confirmation, EUR/USD/GBP. CSV and assisted DATEV/Xero/QuickBooks exports of confirmed expenses after account mapping and a test import. No tax advice or promised GoBD certification.
Will it send anything without my approval?
Send after “send” or under explicitly confirmed automatic approval, for example for payment reminders. Individual approval is the default. Google posts and review replies after your OK or automatically with a configured standing approval. Manager access and approved API/OAuth setup are required; without API access our team handles publishing.
